MSY Expansion - We need your help!

Dear MSY Community,

Thank you for being such an important and beloved part of the Montessori School of Yakima family. Our school is what it is because of you.

We need your help!
• Do you pass a large vacant lot on your way to work?
• Is your church considering relocating?
• Do you own, or know of, an unused building on multiple acres?

For more than 60 years, it has been a dream to establish a permanent campus for the Montessori School of Yakima. During that time, our student body has more than tripled, yet our physical footprint has remained the same. Today, we are quite literally bursting at the seams, with 141 students currently enrolled and over 240 children on our waitlist.

Now is the moment to take the leap and secure a permanent home for MSY.

Our Expansion Committee has partnered with an architect to identify the true physical needs of our growing school. While the committee is actively working with real estate professionals to explore potential properties, we know that you are the eyes and ears of Yakima. Together, we can uncover opportunities that might otherwise be missed.

MSY is seeking:
• A 30,000–38,000 square foot building (or multiple buildings or space to add needed buildings).
• Situated on 1.6–3 acres of land. (But more land works as well!)
