Conferences Around the Corner!

Elementary Conference Schedule

It is early release for all elementary students the week of April 15-19

After School Care may be available for those who need care from noon until 3:00.

Primary Conference Schedule

Spring Conferences are April 22-26 for primary students (3-6 years).

Please note that we are holding morning conferences this week, and school will begin at 10:00 AM.

Morning care (8:30-10:00) will be provided, at no cost, to all primary students. Early Morning is also available from 7:30-8:30 at the normal rate.

Open House January 17th!

Join us for our Public Open House on Thursday, January 17th at 6:00 PM. This evening is for new families who are interested in their children attending our preschool program. Parents have an opportunity to visit our beautifully equipped classrooms and meet our experienced staff. Parents of currently enrolled students are also encouraged to come with their friends to help show them around our campus.

Noon Release November 21

All students have noon release on Wednesday, November 21. We regret that After School Care is completely full that afternoon. MSY will be closed for Thanksgiving break November 22-23. We hope that everyone enjoys a wonderful Thanksgiving with their loved ones!

Back to School Night 11/15

We welcome all current families to attend our Back to School Night on November 15th, 6:00-7:00 PM. This is a special opportunity for your child(ren) to show you lessons they are practicing, and to show you their classroom. Please join us to share in their excitement!

Our Ambassador Parents are hosting a meet & greet at 5:30 before the classrooms are open. Come to the Youth Room to meet other parents and enjoy the treats that they are preparing for you. Children are welcome to attend both events.

Elementary Conferences This Week

Elementary students have early release all week, November 5-9, for conferences. There are a few spaces in After School Care for conference times – please check daily.

Community Meeting Tonight!

We invite all MSY community members to join us this evening for an ongoing discussion on topics relevant to our school. The agenda is posted outside the school office.

Children are welcome to attend if they are interested or childcare will be provided free of charge – limit 10 children & no infants please.

Community & Class Meetings 10/18

Join us this Thursday at 6:00 PM for our Community & Class meetings. These

meetings, led by the community members, allow a forum for discussions on key

issues.

Childcare is provided free of charge in the Sunflower Room for all current students.

Please join us in the Youth Room for an introduction, then visit your child’s

classroom for the class meeting. At 6:45 everyone is welcome to join us back in the

Youth Room for the community discussion.
